Argus Legal AI is an artificial-intelligence platform designed for legal professionals that provides:

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1. Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3.2. Eligibility

You must be over 18 and have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are a duly authorized legal professional or that you have authorization to use professional legal services.

3.3. Account responsibility

You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account secure.

4. Use of the Service

4.1. Permitted use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Service in a way that:

• Respects third-party intellectual-property rights
• Does not interfere with the operation of the Service
• Does not attempt to access unauthorized areas of the Service

5.2. License to use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your professional legal purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.

5.3. Generated content

Documents and filings generated through the Service are yours, provided they do not violate these Terms or third-party rights. However, we reserve the right to use aggregated and anonymized data to improve our algorithms and services.

6. Payments and Billing

6.1. Subscriptions

Access to certain features of the Service requires a paid subscription. Prices, features, and subscription terms are available on our pricing page and may change with prior notice.

6.2. Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected period (monthly, quarterly, annual). Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated in your subscription plan.

6.3. Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

6.4. Price changes

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes take effect at the start of the next billing period after notice.

7. Disclaimers

7.1. We are not a law firm

Argus Legal AI is a technology tool that assists in generating legal documents through artificial intelligence. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or establish an attorney-client relationship. The Service is an assistance tool and does not replace the professional judgment, review, or legal advice of a qualified lawyer.

7.2. Accuracy and completeness

Although we work to provide accurate and useful results, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated documents. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated documents before using them in actual legal proceedings.

7.3. Service availability

We provide the Service "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Service will be available without interruption, free of errors, or that it will meet all of your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim
• We will not be liable for any damage resulting from use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to legal decisions made based on documents generated by the Service

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based (contract, tort, negligence, and the like).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Argus Legal AI, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (d) any User Content you provide.

10. Termination

10.1. Termination by the user

You may cancel your account and stop using the Service at any time. Cancellation of your subscription takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

10.2. Termination by us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the Service.

10.3. Effects of termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We may delete or retain your account and data as permitted by law. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Argentine Republic, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

12. Modifications of the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through a notice on the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Service.

13. General Provisions

13.1. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Argus Legal AI regarding use of the Service.

13.2. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

13.3. Waiver

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

13.4. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
