Litigating in the City of Buenos Aires courts?
Your EJE cases, in Argus.
Paste the CUIJ (or search by number and year, or upload an Excel file with all of them) and the case comes into Argus with its filings and documents. It updates on its own every day, on the same screen as your PJN, MEV, and other portal cases.
No EJE account needed: the CUIJ is enough for cases with public access.
Three steps, no EJE account
- 01
Paste the CUIJ, search by number and year, or upload an Excel file
The full CUIJ, with year and suffix, brings in that case. If you don't have it at hand, search by the CUIJ without the suffix or by number and year. Many cases? Upload an Excel file with every CUIJ.
- 02
Argus brings in the filings and their documents
The case comes into Argus with its filings and attached documents, ready to read and work on without going back to the portal.
- 03
It updates on its own every day
Argus checks each case again every day and adds what is new, next to your other cases.
Argus brings cases in from the EJE public lookup, so it adds the cases that have public access.
Stop logging in portal by portal
Your EJE cases sit next to your PJN, MEV, and other Argus Connect portal cases. One screen for the whole firm.

What is the EJE?
It is the Expediente Judicial Electrónico of the Poder Judicial de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires (eje.juscaba.gob.ar), the system where the City's own courts handle their cases, such as the administrative, tax, and consumer-relations courts. Resolution 42/2017 of the City's Consejo de la Magistratura made its use mandatory.
Do I need my EJE account?
No. The CUIJ is enough for cases with public access: Argus brings them in from the EJE public lookup, without your portal username or password.
What about my national-court cases?
Cases before the national or federal courts, like civil, commercial, or labor cases filed in the City, live in the PJN system, which is already in Argus Connect. You see them on the same screen as your EJE cases.
How often does a case update?
Every day. Argus checks each case in the EJE again and adds what is new, without you logging into the portal.
Can I add many cases at once?
Yes. Upload an Excel file with the CUIJs and Argus brings them in together. You can also add them one by one, by pasting the CUIJ or searching by number and year.
